  • Can you deliver and/or pickup from the hotel?
    We can deliver the selected bicycles and/or pick them up from your hotel or other accommodation upon request
  • What are the obligations of the lessee?
    It is the lessee's responsibility to keep the rented bicycle in good condition and and return it in the same condition as when received. The lessee is wholly responsible for every accident, every damage or theft (partial or total) provoked to the rented bicycle. Our company is not responsible for any damage caused due to improper use and/or theft and the lessee is obligated to reimburse the company in such cases. The lessee is also obligated to follow the driving rules and regulations. The company is not responsible for any damage incurred to the lessee, or a third person during the rental period and no claim can be made against the company in case of an accident.
  • What are the available payment methods?
    You can pay via bank transfer or with cash or card at our physical store. Please note that we will need a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled dates.
  • How can I rent a bicycle?
    You can reserve the bicycle of your choice, by clicking the "check availability" button or by calling us at +30 26610 25179 During the pickup process we will need an identity document such as ID, passport or drivers license
  • What does the lessor provide?
    The lessor is obligated to provide the reserved bicycle at excellent condition after a complete mechanical inspection. In detail that means fully charged if it is an e-bike , clean and with the basic accessories such as lights and a bag with a lock, an inner tube, an air pump and mini tools for emergencies.
